AI

Implementing DNN stages such as tkDNN or OpenCV DNN intelligent image processing allows processes like object recognition, object tracking, image enhanchment. mediatronix has developed a separate marking tool to mark objects to be trained to recognize.

DSP

One of the most used functions for DSP is a FIR, Finite Impulse Resonse, filter. To design a FIR filter a set of filter coefficients need to be determined. mediatronix has designed a FIRtool application using Qt/C++ to calculate the coefficients needed for a FIR to perform the required filtering process.

OpenCV

mediatronix develops an OpenCV graph explorer using Qt/C++. ocpl (OpenCV PipeLine) allows building a pipeline of stages which each implement one or more OpenCV or other image processing functions. Input devices like cameras, streams or files supply images and videos and output is available for devices like monitors or streams and files.

SDR

mediatronix develops a Software Defined Radio platform using Qt/C++. The raw radio samples are supplied by a front-end FPGA based module which is connected to the PC by USB. The actual SDR processing is performed on the PC. The front-end module can be fitted with an appropriate RF front-end for the required RF funtionality.

FPGA

mediatronix develops, and consults in the development of, FPGA based embedded systems. We specialize in DSP and SDR techniques, and USB and PCIexpress high-speed busses.

PicoBlaze™

mediatronix has developed tools for using and promoting the PicoBlaze™ small FPGA based processor core developed by Ken Chapman then at Xilinx Inc.
